Curriculum Vitae (selection)
Peter Denk is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Institute for Financial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna and previously worked for an international commercial law firm. He is a member of the academic advisory board of the university programme "Tax Law and Accounting, LL.M." and peer reviewer for journals and research institutions. He is also a member of the scientific advisory board of the magazine "immo aktuell". He regularly gives lectures and courses. His research and interests focus on the interface between money laundering legislation and tax law, financial criminal law, VAT law, real estate tax law (in particular land transfer tax law) and private real estate law (in particular landlord and tenant law). He is the author and editor of numerous national and international publications.
